What we offer you
1-on-1 coaching
You will receive a personal coach to walk alongside of you through
bi-weekly coaching sessions. This year long 1-on-1 journey is designed to help you be prepared to lead yourself, your family, and your ministry out of a place of health and wholeness.
Live training sessions
During these bi-weekly times of teaching and discussion you will hear from pastors and leaders that walk you through twelve foundational areas that will help you effectively lead and pastor a local church.
Hands-on ministry experience
We will prayerfully place you as a staff member in one of our local churches. While there you will hone your speaking skills, launch new ministries, attend board meetings, and get the hands-on experience you need to prepare you for your next step in life and
leadership.
